Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
All tags, receipts, and accessories must be included.
Custom-made, personalized, or specially designed products cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please send an email to with the following details:
Order Number
Reason for Return (damaged/wrong/missing item)
Clear Photos & Videos showing the issue, including:
Unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened)
Images of the damaged or incorrect product
Any other relevant details
Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and, if approved, send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, defect, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video.
We will evaluate the issue and ensure a prompt resolution.Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
Customized or personalized art (e.g., name frames, custom photos, special designs)
Made-to-order or handcrafted items
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the refund approval status.
If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the return doesn’t meet our criteria, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
